Refund policy

In order to cancel your order please either call us on 0161 224 9164 or email pharmacy@pharmdirect.com at the earliest instance. Returns can also be managed online on your personal account portal.

You can return any unwanted items within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Please inform us of the returned item via email at pharmacy@pharmdirect.com.  Medicinal products cannot be returned due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines in the UK. Unfortunately, the postage cost and tracking of returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using registered post to prevent further dismay. Returned item(s) must be undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging; PharmDirect reserves the right to decline a refund in such instances.
